Brynn S. Zawada, an Associate with the firm, is an experienced divorce and family law attorney. She is passionate about guiding litigants successfully through the difficult, stressful and murky legal system while trying to minimize the emotional effects to her clients. In addition to handling complex divorce litigation, custody, removal, alimony, child support and other domestic relations matters, Brynn also regularly represents individuals in guardianship proceedings, grandparent rights and visitation cases, restraining orders, harassment prevention orders and criminal defense matters before the Juvenile and District Courts. She has extensive courtroom experience before the Probate, Juvenile and District Courts throughout the Commonwealth.

A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Brynn resides in the Worcester area with her husband, two small children and a variety of pets. As a daughter of divorced parents, Brynn has seen first-hand the effects of divorce on families. She strives to make a difficult journey easier for each of her clients through her own life experience as well as her passion for practicing law.

Brynn is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester County Bar Association. She has been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts since 2011.

Representative Experience:

· Successful Judgment after trial of a child custody removal case on behalf of a mother who was allowed to relocate out of state with the minor child.

· Successfully tried a modification of custody on behalf of a father who was granted sole legal and physical custody of the minor child.

· Represented a father in a lengthy and contentious Care and Protection case which was subsequently dismissed out of the Lowell Juvenile Court.

· Successfully tried an assault & battery w/injury to minor which was subsequently dismissed.
